First, log in, use the link on the top right hand corner that says "Log in". After login, you can go to the community, click on a user's profile picture, and then, under the "Actions" heading, click "Send Message".

Log in, click on "My Mail" in the top right hand corner, then, click on your emails.

You could go to Exchange tab and post your requirement about learning. e.g. telling others your suitable time to meet online to chat and practice, what do you want to learn from each other or being a penpal.

Sure. Click on the "Friends" tab, click "Advanced Search", enter their username, or other possible criteria if you don't know their username.

Click on the "Groups" tab, search through the categories, if you don't see a group in there that is what you are looking for, you are welcome to start your own group!

At the bottom of the site, there is a link to "Contact Us", click this link, fill out the form and contact us, otherwise, feel free to send an email to support@pyngo.com, they will direct your question appropriately.

The entire site is a resource for discovering American language and culture and also Chinese language and culture, if you have a specific question, please feel free to click on the "Answers" tab, and first search for your question (someone may have already asked the same question), if it's not there, you can post it by clicking filling out the form on the answers homepage and then clicking "Post Question".

Along the top section of the site is the "Search Dictionary" tool, you can enter your word there, click "Search Dictionary", and it will give you results in Chinese, English, and Pinyin. If your word is not in there, submit it to us, and we will add it to the dictionary!

You can put in the good word for us by just telling them about Pyngo.com, by clicking the "Invite a friend" link at the bottom of the site, or by clicking here.

Log in, click on "Pyngo IM", click on the thought bubbles, and then, chat away.

Log in, click on My Profile in the top right hand corner, and then, click on "Edit Profile". Scroll down and modify the "Password" fields.
