Privacy policy
At PYNGO, Inc. ("PYNGO," "Company," "us," "we," or "our"), we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our users, and as a result, we have established this Privacy Policy for the pyngo.com website (the "Site"). This online privacy notice discloses PYNGO's information practices for the Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested from you ("you," "your," "user," "member") in order to setup a user page, upload user materials, participate in user forums, chat rooms, bulletin boards, and/or subscribe to the Site's services, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. 1. Information That May Be Collected and Identifying Information. In order to access user services provided by the Site, and participate in creating a user account page, PYNGO may request and collect: the user's full name and postal address, credit card information, home and work telephone numbers. For users who participate in Site forums, Site chat rooms, and Site bulletin boards, and other social networking forums, the Site will request such users to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include, without limitation: first and last names, postal address, e-mail address, screen name, password, office telephone number, home telephone number, mobile telephone number, facsimile number, user history and/or biography, and user affiliations. The Site may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain user's account.
(b) Information from People Below the Age of 13. The Site does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. PYNGO will not knowingly collect or maintain any personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents are hereby put on notice that as a result of the above, PYNGO does not provide a mechanism to obtain parental consent.
(c) Lost or Stolen Information. If a user's credit card, and/or password is lost or stolen, the user should promptly notify PYNGO in order to enable PYNGO to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card and/or password.
(d) Maintaining accurate personal information. Users may create an optional user Biography ("Bio"). A user Bio is entirely and solely managed by that user. Users bear sole and complete responsibility to create, edit, and maintain Bio content and its display status on the Site. You may access, edit or delete your Bio through the account management controls for the Site. Your user "screen" name will be available to the Internet through participation in the Site. Users should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and/or outside the Site.
(e) Chat Rooms, Forums, and Bulletin Boards. If a user participates in any Site chat room, forum, or posts messages any Site bulletin board, or participates in any social networking forum that user should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be broadly available to other persons, both inside of and/or outside the Site, who have access to that chat room, forum or bulletin board. Some individual Site chat rooms, forums or bulletin boards have additional rules and conditions regarding participation. Also, any participant's expressed opinion is his or her own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of the Site or PYNGO.
(f) Links to Other Web Sites. The Site may contain links to other web sites. PYNGO is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other web sites.

Without user's prior consent, PYNGO will not use your personal identifiable information (i.e., information that can be used to discern your identity) for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. PYNGO uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. The Site also processes billing and business requests related to Site participation.

Such billing information is used only to bill you for those products or services you choose to purchase and/or subscribe through the Site. The encryption process is designed to scramble your billing information for protection against unauthorized misappropriation by third parties. As the technological landscape is constantly changing, no security system is absolutely secure. PYNGO cannot and does not guarantee the security of any of its databases and information contained therein, nor can PYNGO guarantee any supplied information will be absolutely secure from interception during transmission to the Site over the Internet. By providing any personal information to the Site, all users, including, without limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, acknowledge, affirm, and consent to the collection and processing of such information in the United States of America.
4. PYNGO may release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or by a regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings.

The Site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but, again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

PYNGO or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics and under certain circumstances will provide such data to third parties, in its sole discretion.

To achieve information security and quality, PYNGO implements appropriate measures and processes, such as using encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information.
(b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. PYNGO will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of user personal information. However, as the technological landscape is constantly changing, no security system is absolutely secure. Consequently, PYNGO shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of the Site including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of third parties.

Users hereby acknowledge and agree that any personal information disclosed on or through the Site shall be at his or her own risk with a reasonable understanding and awareness of the attendant security and privacy risks, including but not limited to the limitations on the security and authentication measures employed by the Site, attempts, threats, and schemes employed by third parties to eavesdrop, phish, crack, hack, and falsely retrieve passwords, and attempts, threats, and schemes employed by third parties to damage, contaminate, or otherwise compromise user computers through viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs or cancelbots, or other types of malicious computer code, materials, and components.
